Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian model and actress. The actress gained fame in Australia with the role of Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors over a period of one hundred episodes that were broadcast from 2006 to 2007. The actress arrived in Hollywood in two roles: first with the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine where she was a young actress who was a newcomer to Hollywood. Following her role as Maya in Scrubs in which she played the role of a highly seductive medical student. The show, however, is suddenly ended. In the following months, she continued to shoot the Farrelly brothers ' comedy titled Good To Shoot featuring the Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson tandem. Thereafter she appeared on short series and B series movies. In 2013, she began being noticed to a wider audience. After having appeared in six episodes of the show about detectives Franklin and Bash and landing her first part on the regular cast of the webseries Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia, the actress was offered a variety of roles. She appears in the opening two seasons in addition to giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. The following year she was seen in supporting parts in two feature films that featured aircrafts. She's an airline attendant. More importantly, she together with Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador, a brand new television series. The first season of this thriller where the cast take on the role of CIA agents under Robert Rodriguez's direction, is only 13 episodes. The pilot is in the process of being developed of a different series, but it fails to succeed. In 2015 she therefore shared the promotional poster for a B-Series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause later, she appeared in the comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. Also, she is one of the many production of the experiment Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick. She has also appeared in five episodes of the Satisfaction television series.
